There is also a small spare room (not rented) for guests. Two communal bathrooms - one downstairs adjoining utility rooms and one upstairs next to bedrooms. Large sitting room and open plan kitchen/ dining area opening out onto back garden (small front garden too). There is a shed for storage (bikes etc). House recently decorated with all mod cons and good Wi-Fi. Parking available on street and there's a bus stop outside front door into central Poole. Bills include cleaner every two weeks who cleans communal spaces, and a gardener every two weeks. Ideally suited to someone who likes a relatively quiet life. Sense of humour is an added bonus! I would be open to a professional looking for 4 nights a week only (Mon to Fri) who works locally but lives elsewhere - rent would be reduced to reflect number of nights (minimum 4 per week).
