About this listing
Hi everyone, I have one room available to rent in my home. The house is in excellent condition and has been renovated to include new paint, carpets, fixtures, and fittings throughout. The bedroom (2.97m x 3.05m) comes fully furnished and includes: Built-in wardrobe Double bed with storage underneath TV Bedside table and mirror Lovely views overlooking Farleigh Property features: South-facing garden On-street parking (free) Separate laundry room and tumble dryer Location: 15-minute walk to Maidstone West 30-minute walk to Maidstone East (ideal for London commuting) Walking distance to Fant Nature Reserve and the River Medway towpath, with beautiful routes into Maidstone, Farleigh Bridge, and beyond 7-minute drive to Maidstone Hospital 5-minute drive to Maidstone town centre Quick access to the M20 and M2 Both myself (the live-in landlord) and the current housemate are working professionals, and we're ideally looking for another working professional who will be a good fit for the household. We're a friendly and respectful household that values peace, privacy, and a relaxed atmosphere. We tend to keep ourselves to ourselves, although we're always happy to stop for a chat now and then. We're looking for someone with a similar outlook who is considerate, enjoys having their own space, and appreciates a calm home environment. This home would be best suited to someone who prefers a quieter lifestyle and sees home as a place to relax and recharge, rather than somewhere centred around regular socialising. I have a 6-year-old daughter who stays with me occasionally. Iâm happy to send additional photos via WhatsApp, as the listing is limited to nine images. Please feel free to get in touch if youâre interested. Thanks, Jon
