Iâll be staying in the ensuite room, so you would only be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The property is being purchased by my girlfriend, who is based in London and will stay occasionally i would be a tenant/lodger as well. A bit about me: Iâm a recent Sussex graduate, currently working full-time remotely. Iâm easygoing and social, but Respect private space and also dont mind doing my own thing whatever works best. During the week I focus on work, the gym, and sports like volleyball, football, and tennis. Weekends are more social(lot socials, night outs with friends) House vibe & expectations: There arenât strict rules, just a few basic things to keep the place comfortable for everyone. The most important thing is that everyone feels at home while keeping the space clean and comfortable. The rooms come with plenty of built-in storage, and furniture can be adjusted if needed.
