Itâs a quiet and safe area, with parking available inside the complex, outdoors and under shelter. There is also bike storage in a padlocked shed within the complex. Youâll be living with a non-binary person, assigned female at birth. I would love to have a flatmate who also identifies as LGBTQ+ or is a woman. I prefer someone who doesnât smoke or vape, or is happy to do this outside. Iâd like to live with someone whoâs clean, tidy, responsible and reliable who will pay bills on time, whoâs friendly and has good communication skills. You can expect a quiet and calm space to live in, lots of cooking and baking, nice chats and cosy vibes (especially in autumn).
