You’ll be living with a non-binary person, assigned female at birth. I would love to have a flatmate who also identifies as LGBTQ+ or is a woman. I prefer someone who doesn’t smoke or vape, or is happy to do this outside. I’d like to live with someone who’s clean, tidy, responsible and reliable who will pay bills on time, who’s friendly and has good communication skills. You can expect a quiet and calm space to live in, lots of cooking and baking, nice chats and cosy vibes (especially in autumn). I am a young professional teaching English as my current job, and like to do lots of creative hobbies.
