My house is tucked away in a cul-de-sac and is in a safe and quiet area, it has a warm cosy feel if I do say so myself. It is surrounded by lots of green, lovely countryside and friendly people. I have a cosy wood burner. Spacious kitchen/dining room opening onto the garden through French doors, and a shared bathroom upstairs. Large, mature and wildlife friendly garden, providing a lovely space to sit with a coffee, read a book or simply enjoy some peace and quiet on a relaxing recliner. On street parking. About me:- animal lover. I love to cook/share food. Pescetarian (i think) but mainly veggie walk my dog. appreciate trust and honesty. spontaneous. love camping. love travel. love books. love music. love charities. natural world documentaries. anything African. The area has a host of amenities (mostly all in the village). doctorâs surgery. pharmacy. dentist. library. car wash. post office. good bus links and connections into Nottingham City Centre (30 minute bus ride). local train connection (20 minutes away).. hairdressers/beauty salon. local express supermarkets. cafes and a bakery. charity shops galore. Oh and the all important Indian, chip shop, chinese and pizza delivery! All at a 5/10 minute walk/drive away, get in!. Who am I looking for? Professional person or mature student to come home and relax. Maybe someone looking for an alternative to an Air B&B. I'm looking for a considerate person who enjoys the calm, and is respectful of the home and garden. Respecting my animals (a must). Non-smoker (a must inside, but will be okay with outside). The private room:- Bright furnished or part furnished single or double room (your choice), overlooking the back garden.
