I have a personal private lounge, kitchen and personal bathrooms. Note: the picture of lounge is now converted as a second kitchen for landlord use. Thereâs a locked shed for bycicle. A massive garden and gated for security. Must be clean , respectful and friendly. Proof for good lodging, you can contact former or current lodger for my reference as a landlord. Previous lodgers were mature students - PhDâs , Masters, final year graduating students or young professionals stayed and renewed contracts. Students are council tax free . £600/ month. Renting private bathroom from £50(ground floor) £70 ( upstairs) per month. But you donât need rented private bathrooms if you are happy to share ( no extra payment). Live in landlady with 20 years/ professional experience. Need to know: Not for guest overnight stay . Single occupancy per room only. No drug taking for leisure, non smoking, no alcohol binging, no criminal activities. Maximum 2 days WFH is fine ( professional). Payments: All bills are inclusive excluding Council tax. You are only charged £50 for Council tax/ month. The current Ciuncil tax is £171.00 / month which I will pay the rest. Expected from you: Ensure leaving the kitchen and bathroom clean after use.
