About this listing
Fully reworked by its current owner, this three-bedroom house on Princedale Road spans five floors and 1,448 sq ft, with calm, modern interiors throughout.
The ground floor is an open kitchen, dining and living space that's made for everyday life and having friends over, with glass doors opening onto a little front patio. Upstairs, the sitting room runs the full width of the house, with high ceilings, tall sash windows and a fireplace.
The main bedroom takes up the whole second floor and comes with built-in storage and a large en suite, while two more bedrooms and a second bathroom sit on the lower ground floor, one brightened by a lightwell.
The real treat is the roof terrace: plenty of room for dining, lounging and barbecues, with open views over the rooftops.
You're moments from the shops and restaurants of Holland Park and Westbourne Grove, with Portobello Road and Holland Park itself close by.
