It came with brand-new carpets, mattresses, basic furniture and kitchen appliances. We’re friends and have created a home together that’s friendly, relaxed and sociable. • Raj is a data scientist and works hybrid • Ines is a quant developer and is mostly office-based We’re both busy and have our own routines during the week, but we genuinely enjoy spending time together too, whether that’s sharing dinner, having a chat after work or occasionally going out. We’re into travelling, tech, entrepreneurship & personal growth, dancing (salsa/reggaeton 💃), football, cricket, F1, museums, concerts and exploring London. We like having a friendly, homely atmosphere while still respecting each other’s independence and personal space. It’s sociable, but definitely not a party flat. 🙋 Who we’re looking for: We’d love to find a young working professional who is easy-going, communicative, clean, tidy and considerate. Keeping the flat in good shape is important to us. We have a simple cleaning rota and are looking for someone who naturally likes to keep their home clean and is happy to do their part.
