The area/ building is pretty quiet. There is a bus stop and Sainsbury right outside. Vaping is allowed but no smoking inside the property. THE APARTMENT I have recently refurbished the whole apartment so everything is new and fresh. The front room has a large sofa, 75 inch tv and I do have a ps5 and switch if you want to use that you can. MYSELF I am a live in landlord. I work most of the week 9-5 also usually work away some weekends. Usually at home but don’t mind a trip down the pub if that’s your thing. LOCATION 20 min drive to the centre 35 min bus to centre.
