## Description

I'm moving out of my lovely room in a fantastic, relaxed houseshare, and looking for someone to replace me. We are ideally looking for someone 30+ and who would like to stay long-term (at least 6-months to a year). The room itself is great - large double at the top of the house (4 floors), with a window overlooking our wild garden! There's a built-in a built in cupboard for storage! The house is also great - 5 bedrooms, plus a large kitchen&living room, two bathrooms, a large if overgrown back garden that catches the sun all day and a lovely little front garden patch which is also a real sun trap in the summer. It is on a lovely crescent too with friendly neighbours and only a 15 minute walk into town! You'd be sharing with my four wonderful housemates - all working in different fields (charity sector, gardening, music, occupational therapy). They're an eclectic bunch, all very friendly and independent - we get on well and like to chat when we're in the kitchen or living room, but also have our own lives and rhythms, which helps with keeping bathroom timing clashes to a minimum. Bills are split equally across all housemates - including council tax, which is why we'd prefer non-students. I have lived he for 9years and had an amazing time sharing this beautiful place with lovely housemates but the time has come to leave Brighton and move to the countryside! I'm keen to be out quite soon and would be amazing if someone is available to move in by September (bit optimistic I know!) we're all agreed that the most important thing is to find a great additional housemate who will keep the mood relaxed and friendly, and also remember to take the bins out every now and then and tidy up after themselves! So we can be fairly flexible with move-in dates, for the right person but idealy September to mid September would be amazing! (or as near to that as poss of course we can make exceptions if needed) If you're interested, drop me a line with a little bit about yourself and any questions you might have, and we'll look in to organising a viewing. Cheers!
