Property Description
Set within a select collection of just 27 newly built homes on the edge of the popular village of Middleton Cheney, Plot 14 enjoys an appealing position as one of only three homes served by a shared private drive. A high degree of privacy to the front and a larger-than-average private rear garden make this an attractive choice for those seeking space and privacy within a village setting.
Built by award-winning Mulberry Homes, the development combines traditional architectural character with landscaped green spaces and footpaths, creating a welcoming setting in which to make your next home.
Designed around the way families live, the generous kitchen/dining/family room forms the heart of the house, with space to cook, gather and entertain, and double doors opening onto the garden. Upgraded Bosch appliances and Porcelanosa floor tiling complement the kitchen, whilst a separate utility room keeps everyday practicalities conveniently tucked away.
A spacious dual-aspect living room also opens onto the garden, providing a welcoming setting for relaxed evenings. A further reception room offers the flexibility to create a formal dining room, snug, playroom or home office.
Upstairs, four double bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for family and guests. Both the principal and second bedrooms benefit from their own en-suite shower rooms, whilst the remaining bedrooms are served by a family bathroom. Porcelanosa tiling and carefully selected finishes continue the quality of specification throughout.
The larger-than-average private rear garden provides generous space for outdoor entertaining, family enjoyment and gardening, with a turfed lawn and patio for summer dining. A detached single garage and parking for three cars add to the home's practical appeal, together with a 7kW electric vehicle charger. Solar panels, gas central heating and energy efficient lighting contribute to its EPC A rating.
Mulberry Homes’ commitment to customer care is reflected in its five-star status from In-house Survey for six consecutive years, with more than 98% of customers recommending the company. A ten-year NHBC warranty and two-year Mulberry Homes Customer Care plan provide further reassurance.
With no onward chain, over £9,000 worth of upgrades and a £30,000 deposit contribution available, Plot 14 offers the opportunity to settle into a new home in time for Christmas*. Reserve this plot during October and Mulberry Homes will also include air conditioning in selected rooms at no additional cost**.
