About this listing
A beautiful brand new ground floor cottage apartment with garden and two designated parking spaces in a development of just five.
Set in the picturesque village of Lower Dunsforth which even boasts its own vineyard fully open to the public this development has been carefully finished to exacting standards.
Lower Dunsforth is an upmarket village with easy connectivity to the A1/A59 (but no road noise) sitting within striking distance of York, Harrogate, Wetherby and Leeds. Boroughbridge is the closest town just a couple of miles away.
This apartment feels more like a house and has its own entrance so no communal hallway etc and a lovely path leads through the garden to the front door. Stepping inside the initial feel for me is comfortable, homely, spacious, safe and very pretty.
The hub of the flat is an incredible open plan living dining kitchen. This room has everything, the incredible fireplace with log burner, high grade kitchen with island, quality appliances and surfaces, no corners cut. It is so so comfortable and a wonderful entertaining space or relaxing place to put your feet up on an evening.
There are then two double bedrooms one with a gorgeous en-suite the other serviced by the equally impressive house bathroom.
Systems are of course all modern spec but easy to use.
Externally there is a lovely sun trap garden which is very private as well as two designated car parking space.
Do enjoy the photo reel and video which should give a good feel and be sure to book your viewing swiftly as we anticipate strong interest in this lovely home.
