👋 Hey, I‘m Harri. I have a large sized double room available in my lovely home in St George East. 🏡The house has large kitchen with breakfast bar, lovely sitting room, dining room, large bathroom with bath and shower, downstairs loo, washer dryer combo, great sized garden and street parking. The room itself is unfurnished apart from a large wardrobe (pictured). 📍The house is located less than a 5 minute drive from the top of Church Road, close to great pubs, cafes and St Georges Park. It sits on the number 42 & 43 bus line (3 min walk away) which goes straight into town (Cabot is about 15 mins on the bus, city centre is 20 mins) 💻 I work for a creative marketing agency, and head into the office Monday- Friday. I own the house with my sister; she works away on super yachts so she is away most of the time, returning for about 4 weeks every 3 months. So, for the majority of the time, it would just be the two of us. 📝 I love cooking, eating out in Bristol, crime dramas, partial to a bit of trash tv (no judgement here), Sunday roasts, love football (not a hooligan), country walks and Strictly Come Dancing 😂 🍷I'm looking for a tenant who is friendly and laid back, clean and tidy, respectful of the house, enjoys a glass of wine and dinner together if we are both home, but also has their own social scene in the city. 🧼 Bills included, including fortnightly cleaner. 💌Would love to hear from you if this sounds like something you’re interested in.
