A lovely 1 bedroom flat right in the heart of London Fields, Dalston and Hackney Central. Just by Wilton Way, the house is a first floor flat on Graham Road, so really good transport options.
With original wooden floors, an open plan sitting room/kitchen and a nice quiet back facing bedroom, it's a great place to live. It's not big, but it's cute, and suits one person better than two. I've lived there as a couple and had two different couples as tenants over the years and it's worked well, but it's a small flat. The current tenant Andrew is heading overseas so we are looking for a new tenant(s) who want to make it a home. The flat comes furnished, but we can chat about that if there's some bits you don't want to keep etc. The bed/sofa are harder for us to take out, but open to discussing things. Andrew put in a big tv (which is staying) - but that can go too.
Looking for good people, who will care for it like their own. Looking to rent it out directly to save us both the cost of estate agents. The neighbours above and below are considerate and warm, so I'd expect anyone living there to be the kind of person that wants to know their neighbours and build a good relationship with them.
There's so many good shops, cafes, restaurants nearby and the Spurstowe pub just round the corner as well as it being 5 minute walk from London Fields Lido, and so much more besides.
The flat is available from 2nd December 2026.
You'll see a mix of pictures. Some we took a couple of years ago, and then some more recent ones by Andrew that show the updated table and chairs (I like the ones he chose better!) and the TV etc and new sofa. The video was made by a previous tenant too, so some of the furniture/decoration is slightly different, but it gives you a sense of the place.
