We’re a fairly eclectic bunch but get on really well. The flat has a genuinely social atmosphere, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be more than just a housemate. We’d love someone who wants to become part of the house, whether that’s a few pints after work, heading to a festival, watching a film, or just hanging out on the balcony. We’re pretty open-minded about who moves in, but ideally we’re looking for someone who works a regular schedule, enjoys socialising but also respects everyone’s space, is reasonably clean and wants to contribute to the house rather than just rent a room. If your ideal weekend involves electronic music, pubs, bars, comedy clubs, restaurants, watching films, playing FIFA, darts or pool, going to the gym, the occasional music festival or spontaneous European city break, you’ll probably fit right in. We’re looking for someone to move in at the end of August or the beginning of September.
