Professionals preferred, but a highly considerate, mature, clean, tidy student could possibly take the room too. It's a peaceful, quiet place, not the newest, but kept tidy and clean with all the basic needs. We respect each other's space and live peacefully, very considerate of each other, since having a shared house naturally means that everyone has their own life with different schedules.
