Our flat is located on the 2nd floor of a well maintained property and has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a shared open-plan living room, modern fitted kitchen and separate laundry cupboard. All appliances are new, including dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. You would be sharing the flat with myself, Elena (30) from Germany and Sasha (34) from the US. We value keeping the flat clean and tidy at all times and are respectful of others' space. As we both live busy lives and sometimes work long hours, our home is our sanctuary where we can re-charge and unwind. This is not at all a party house and we prefer to keep our social lives outside the flat (i. e. not having big groups of friends coming over etc.) We get along really well and would like to keep the good spirit in the household, enjoy a glass of wine together, go for brunch or dinner every now and then, or simply just have a chat in the kitchen.
