Hello. I am ideally looking for a Monday-Friday tenant from 5th October (£500/month). But, I am also open to short stays of minimum 1 month to maximum 2 months. For full time short stays the rent would be £650/month. A deposit in both cases applies. You'd be taking the second room in a two bed terrace. The room is bright and spacious. The furniture included is; a double bed, hanging rail, set of drawers, bedside tables with lamps. The rest of the house is full of colour and eccentricities (such as a bright red and cream 50s style English Rose aluminium kitchen). The kitchen has sofa seating area and an island for easy or more informal dining. The dining room is slightly off the kitchen in the sunny blue room - with a glass ceiling and lots of plants. The sitting room has an open fireplace and wooden floors. There are upstairs and downstairs toilet facilities. There will be a cupboard in the bathroom as well to keep your bits and bobs rather than lugging everything around between stays. The house is located between a beautiful cemetery and St Georgeâs Park. The neighbouring area boasts several supermarkets, shops and cafes. Access is impossibly easy to the city centre. There are many buses from the end of the road straight into town, You can be door to door in 20mins. On foot is 40 mins to the centre or about 15-20 minutes via the cycle path, which can be joined at the other side of St George's park. This is my home and I love it and take the best care of it, and would hope that you will too. I am a live-in landlady, working from home and office.
