A spacious THREE-BEDROOM HOME with a practical layout designed for modern living.
The ground floor features a generously sized SEPARATE LIVING ROOM, creating a comfortable space to relax. To the rear, the KITCHEN AND DINING AREA provides a sociable setting for everyday meals and entertaining, with access to the garden.
The British-built kitchen by renowned Exeter-based System Six creates a sleek, contemporary look. A full suite of INTEGRATED APPLIANCES ensures seamless performance, including oven, induction hob and extractor hood. The kitchen also benefits from upstand to worktop and splashback behind hob, and low-energy LED downlights.
A downstairs WC and useful storage cupboard complete the ground floor.
Upstairs, the MASTER BEDROOM offers plenty of space for wardrobes, alongside a SECOND DOUBLE BEDROOM and a versatile THIRD BEDROOM that could also make an ideal nursery, guest room or home office.
A contemporary FAMILY BATHROOM serves all three bedrooms, featuring white sanitaryware with soft-close WC seat, chrome taps and ceramic tiled splashback, with a shower over bath including full-height tiling to shower area.
Outside the home are two dedicated parking spaces, and at the rear, there is a beautiful TURFED AND PLANTED GARDEN with a patio area.
ABOUT FIRST HOMES
At The Acorns, a selection of homes are available through the government-backed First Homes scheme, helping eligible first-time buyers take their first step onto the property ladder.
First Homes are sold with a discount of 30% against their full market value. Unlike shared ownership, you purchase the whole property, so there is no rent to pay on the remaining share. The discount is secured against the home and is passed on to another eligible first-time buyer when the property is sold in the future.
You may be eligible if you:
* are aged 18 or over
* are a first-time buyer - and everyone purchasing with you is also a first-time buyer
* will use the property as your only or main home
* have a combined household income that does not exceed £80,000
* can obtain a mortgage covering at least 50% of the discounted purchase price
* meet any key worker criteria that apply to these homes
Eligibility and scheme details are subject to approval and may change. Full criteria should be checked at gov.uk/first-homes-scheme and with the 3West Sales Team
