Hi everyone ð I have been doing Room Shares for the past 14 years with great feedback. I have provided a home to many over 3 different properties and all with differing backgrounds or stories. It has ALWAYS worked well, so well actually⦠my last housemate didnât leave for 5 years until recently. And my current housemate in my other home down south (not advertised) decided to bring her wonderful child up there- Heâs now 4 ð There is a point to this waffle. I work away 72% of the week. They loved pretty much owning a house to themselves. And I loved having someone there watering my plants (so many died, not ready to talk about it) and just putting a bit of love and care into the house. When I come home, I use the house like a pit stop and Iâm out most of the time. I really need someone who understands how to run a house and isnât intimidated by small stuff. Itâs part of the reason I keep the rent extremely competitive. I would rather someone helpful and consistent, not flakey with high rent. I am not driven by profit at all. Now onto our Home- ð¸ ALL bills included. Just feed yourself! ð Driveway- for up to 3 cars. ðð»ââï¸ Garage- with home gym (only when Iâm around as my motorbike is in there too). ð³ Garden- with access to large field behind. Great place to have a coffee on the garden chairs. ð¡ Shared living rooms/conservatory/Shower room/ kitchen (not gonna lie it is made for one. Luckily I eat out cos Iâm pants at cooking and my daughter tells me 8 Weetabix âis not a mealâ) ð The Room- Kingsize bed with new bedding, TV on wall, furnished, WiFi. ð¨ Insurance for 24/7 Home Emergency Care. ð 200m from Tranmere Rovers.
