The house is very conveniently located in the centre of Huntingdon, just off the High Street. Literally a few minutes walk into the town centre for the supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. It's just a 10 minute walk from the mainline station and 15 minutes walk to Hinchingbrooke Hospital. The property is very homely and has a very large kitchen, with plenty of storage space. I would like to have a tenant move in, that is a working full time professional. Clean, tidy, and respectful of the rest of the household and neighbours. Currently the other tenants are all female, and I would prefer the household to remain all female, as I would like my tenants to feel safe and comfortable as they do now. All bills are included in the price of the room, along with the wireless broadband. I also have a cleaner that helps keep the property tidy.
