Large semi detached house on the Cowley/Littlemore Border. Less than 3 miles from central Oxford, close to major bus routes, 15 minute cycle from town. On street parking. Large kitchen/diner, large lounge, upstairs bath/shower-room (redone last year) and second toilet/shower downstairs. New conservatory with eating space, which is just being finished. Fast broadband. Short walk from Cowley business park and Cowley centre. Space for bike storage available. Off street parking normally available. I am looking for someone clean, friendly and independent. I like sharing the house but when home am generally looking for quiet time, so may have a quick chat but we all get on with our own thing. I work just under full time hours for the university. I have one other lodger - who is also midweek. I have a very friendly cat. Occasional weekends there may be some flex for you to stay if you would like at a cost of £20 a night extra.
