I’ve Five minutes walk to St Giles International School and under ten minutes to Kings, EC and the railway station Bus routes to Falmer/Moulsecoomb around the corner. Cafes, shops and the nightlife for which Brighton is famed for are footsteps away. The railway station and bus stops linking you to all parts of the city are five minutes away. Major supermarkets and the independent food shops are just around the corner. I don't ask for a deposit as I like to treat people as adults.
