## Description

A large period room to rent in a ground floor flat with a large shared garden ten minutes from the centre close to St Leonards. This is a no frills but character flat. I'm an arty easy going woman who loves nature and the simple life. Unfortunately the landlord prefers working people. I like a clean and tidy home . It would be nice to find someone happy to share a cup of tea or food but not towels, or pockets, ha ha. Looking for someone who wants a long term let. The room to rent is a roomy double. Council tax B. I initially showed this ad with the bills included but as that is a little variable I've now shown the rent only of £430 then approx £150 in bills. and apologies but I'm not sure of the deposit amount as the rent has changed( I think it's probably £430) Also the landlords ask for proof of earnings 2.5 x the rent , so that is £1075. minimum earnings. PS although I am vegetarian (mostly) I have no problem sharing with meat eaters. A note to all those who have shown interest the moving in date is uncertain again! Sorry this out of my control , so it's more likely to be the end of September.
