The flat is only a minute's walk to Pontcanna and Llandaff Fields, as well as bakeries, coffee shops, a grocery store etc on Pontcanna Street. There’s a bus stop about 30 seconds away with regular routes into the centre, or it’s around a 25-minute walk to the centre of town. I am moving out and looking for someone to take my room. I’ve absolutely loved living here and, as some who moved from London, would say this is the best place to get to know Cardiff! Very easy to go out exploring surrounding countryside too. Loads of lovely coffee shops and food spots nearby too. The tenancy is a rolling six-month or 12-month contract, depending on what you'd prefer.
