## Description

Single room in a refurbished flat on 1st floor of Victorian terraced house close to Victoria Park, near Bedminster. Quiet street, on-street parking, 20 minute walk to Temple Meads, 30 minutes to town centre, 3 minutes to bus route. Bedroom is small but with masses of built-in storage and good quality mattress (3' bed). Light bright living room/kitchen, all the usual kitchen appliances incl. microwave, spacious bathroom with bath and large shower cubicle. Broadband. In theory you would be sharing these spaces with me (except for the bedroom!) but as my main home is elsewhere and I only spend a few weeks a year in Bristol, for a lot of the time you would have them to yourself. No good if you're looking for a sociable environment but if you like peace and quiet and privacy, it would suit you perfectly. I'm looking for someone responsible, respectful, clean and reasonably tidy, who would appreciate this lovely flat in a great location. I would prefer a vegetarian but it's by no means essential.
