Rent & bills * Rent: £1,200 per month, due at the start of each month * Bills: typically £150â£200 per month, including approximately £50 each for council tax * The flat is fully furnished, with the exception of the mattress in the bedroom - however this can be provided through the agency if needed. Lots of under the bed storage if needed. * the wardrobe fixture is actually mine but you can use it if needed as it fits the space well. Location * Just a 7-minute walk to Queenstown Road station * Around a 15-minute walk to Battersea Power Station * Bus stop right outside the building with the 156 and 137 providing easy access into central London A bit about me Iâm 36 and work in the fashion industry. Iâve lived in the flat for over two years and really enjoy living here. During the week Iâm usually out exercising, whether thatâs at the gym, doing a class or going for a run. Iâm also a big sports fan, so youâll often find me watching Liverpool when theyâre playing!
