THE PRACTICAL DETAILS
Rent: £1,450 pcm
Introductory offer: £150 off each month for your first 12 months while the resident spaces are completed, meaning you pay £1,300 pcm during that period.
Deposit: either the Flatfair no deposit option, subject to eligibility, or a traditional deposit of £1,500, protected with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS). Flatfair charges a non-refundable fee of 28% of one month's rent plus VAT (minimum £120), and residents remain responsible for any damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy.
