We are 4 miles from Montrose and 7 miles from Laurencekirk. We have 2 furnished double bedroom available in a family home with use of family bathroom. Each room has a TV with full access to broadband. All bedding and towels are supplied. Room will be cleaned on a weekly basis by landlord. You will have access to the fully equipped kitchen. The utility room has washing machine and tumble dryer. Although there is no smoking allowed in the house, there is a designated smoking area outside. Our rooms have been rented previously by contractors working at GSK. Genuine enquiries only.
