About this listing
Charming Two-Bedroom Cottage – Available Immediately
A charming two-bedroom cottage in the heart of popular Bedwas Village, offering a lovely blend of traditional cottage character and modern-day convenience. Available immediately and offered unfurnished.
The current owner has put great care into creating a cosy and welcoming home, whilst retaining the charm and character of the original cottage.
The accommodation comprises a large fitted kitchen to the ground floor, with stairs leading to a spacious lounge, two good-sized bedrooms and a modern bathroom.
Outside, the property benefits from an enclosed front courtyard and parking for one vehicle, a particularly useful feature for a cottage of this type.
The property is ideally located for a range of local amenities, with shops, restaurants and a supermarket all nearby. There is also convenient access to Caerphilly town centre and the A470/M4 corridor, making it well placed for both local amenities and commuting.
The cottage also benefits from being close to the village's local social amenities, including a popular and lively pub situated immediately adjacent to the property. As a result, prospective tenants should be aware that some noise may be experienced, particularly during busier periods.
For transparency, the property has experienced flooding on two occasions within the last eight years. Prospective tenants are encouraged to consider this information and make any enquiries they feel appropriate before proceeding.
With its character, convenient location, parking and immediate availability, this is a rare opportunity to rent a charming cottage in Bedwas Village.

This property is available with a Deposit Free option which means that instead of paying a traditional five weeks security deposit, you pay a fee of one weeks rent + VAT (subject to a minimum of £120 + VAT) to become a member of a deposit free renting scheme which significantly reduces the up-front costs. This fee is non-refundable and is not a deposit so cannot be used towards covering the cost of any future damage.
