About this listing
£950 per month rent for the first few months to reflect flatmate’s girlfriend living in the house temporarily. I’m sadly leaving this gem of a house because I'm heading across the pond to NYC. We’re now looking for someone to take over my massive bedroom in a spacious, two-storey house in Earlsfield. The room is huge with high ceilings and an exposed brick wall. There's built-in storage. The room originally came unfurnished with just a bed, but can come fully furnished for the low price of £100. This includes an electric adjustable standing desk, office chair, 4K monitor, two bedside tables, a chaise-longue, a large standing mirror, and a white tiered bookshelf. As a bonus, there is a separate, dedicated study in the house that you and other flatmates can use when available. The kitchen opens directly onto a great back garden which has been perfect for summer weekends. There's also a clean, tiled bathroom with a bath and shower. Two seperate toilets. You’ll be sharing with three of my mates - Hamish (31), Liam (26) and Kelsey (wouldn’t dare ask a woman her age). Liam and Kelsey will be sharing one room temporarily and are intending to look for their own place later this year. The rent is normally £1,100 per month and bond will be £1,100. Whilst Kelsey and Liam are living together in the flat, however, we’re subsiding this room’s rent to £950/month. Rent excludes bills, which normally come out to around £70 a month per person. They’re all into fitness and sports, and lead busy independent lives but are always down for a hangout and laugh. The house vibe is very relaxed - we hang out a fair bit, watch movies or TV together, or head down to the local pub. It’s a clean and tidy home where everyone pulls their weight with chores. House is in Earlsfield (SW17). Great transport links. Earlsfield Station is an 8-9 minute walk. The train takes you to Clapham Junction in 4 minutes and Waterloo in 15. Lovely local pubs, cafes, and green spaces nearby. If you think you'd be a good fit, drop us a message with a bit about yourself. If I’ve forgotten anything (and I probably have), just ask.Show more
