Available now The house is quite large (1500 square feet) and is only a five minute walk from town a 10 minute walk to the university and a 20 minute walk to the hospital. I have a bedroom and bathroom downstairs so you would be sharing the second floor bathroom upstairs with the other tenants. All rooms have brand new good quality furniture. I own a pizza business in Devon and am renting the rooms out to make abit of extra money. I would like to live with people who are kind and easy going and are either students or have a job.
