Hiya! I’m James and i’m looking for someone to move into the other room in my flat! I work full time in a coffee shop but I’m also an actor, so Ideally I’d be looking for someone who's also into creative things. I'm also looking for someone who wants to be friendly, social and live together not just coexist in a space! The flats right by the women’s hospital so is really easy to get into the city centre from. It’s a really nice, clean place that came fully furnished. I’ve also added some of my own stuff to, so there’s always the option for more of that! The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and a desk if you would like one! The rent is £798 between two of us (£397.50 each) and with bills added on after then the total we’d be paying each month works out at roughly 550-600 each! (I can send over a more detailed breakdown if you need.) The rooms available pretty much immediately and I’m looking for somebody to move in asap!
