You'll be clean, tidy and considerate, taking pride in keeping shared areas pleasant for everyone while respecting personal space and routines. The property is located on a quiet residential street, within easy walking distance of Cardiff city centre and close to the shops, cafés, restaurants and amenities of Canton. The room is furnished with a new double bed and memory foam mattress, wardrobe, drawers and shelving, offering comfortable accommodation with ample storage. The successful lodger will share the bathroom, kitchen, dining area and garden. The house has a relaxed, homely atmosphere and is filled with plants, creating a pleasant living environment. All bills are included within the rent. As I enjoy cooking, I have traditionally provided my lodgers with home-cooked evening meals, and this is reflected in the rental price. Lodgers would be responsible for purchasing their own breakfast, lunch, snacks and personal items. There is absolutely no expectation that we eat together every evening; everyone has their own routines, schedules and need for personal space.
