The room comes with a double bed, mattress & mattress protector, drawers, sink with mirror, bed-side table and wardrobe with full-length mirror. There is a black-out blind on the window and a lock on the door. Room 4 - A well-appointed, quiet and tastefully decorated room on the second floor at the rear of the property. The room contains a double bed, modern dark green vanity unit with a sink & storage, and a new mattress, 4-drawer chest of drawers, double mattress and soft furnishings included. There is a blind on the window and a lock on your door. THE HOUSEMATES All tenants are vetted and aware of the requirements and nuances of shared living. There is a fair amount of socialising in the house, but on the whole it is fairly quiet despite the number of rooms, and everyone respects each other's privacy.
