My house is 2 miles from the beach and 2 minutes walk from the New Forest so will suit someone who is outdoorsy. The house has a lovely large shared bathroom and 2 other en-suite bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet. Large lounge and kitchen diner which opens out to a good size enclosed rear garden. You must love small dogs as I have a small cavalier King Charles called Pixie who is the lady of the house. I work at the University of Southampton and have done for the last 8 years. I find the commute there not too much of an issue since moving here from the city centre. Bills will be included subject to reasonable use.
