Local Aldi next to metro. Local Asda 400 mtrs the other way, A short drive to the A1. Gosforth centre just down the road. On-street parking outside house. Cyclist? A bike ride down Kenton Road and across the town moor (avoid the cows!) takes you into Newcastle in 15-20 minutes. Despite its excellent connections, this house is one of the quietest homes you might live in, situated away from the main roads on, effectively, a cul-de-sac with no through-traffic. Smokers, you'll have company! But smoking is outside only (no exemptions), usually in the garden. Suit quiet-living, steady type, mature student or professional. Not a party-house! Easy to chat with each other, but your individual space is respected. (Occasional outbreaks of sense of humour have been reported).
