Hi! I'm looking to rent out my spare double room in Brislington, right by Arnos Court Park. The room overlooks the park, so it gets plenty of natural light and has a lovely green outlook. It's currently furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, and I'm happy to add additional furniture if needed. The flat is a two-bedroom maisonette with a shared kitchen, living area and bathroom, and there is on-street parking available. The location is great for commuting. Temple Meads is about a 10-minute cycle, 15-minute drive, or around a 30-minute walk away. There are also plenty of local amenities within less than a 10-minute walk, including a gym, Sainsbury's, M&S, Lidl, and a few other useful shops. You'd be living with just me, so it's a much quieter and more private setup than a typical house share. I'm 34 and work as an ecology consultant, splitting my time between home and the office in Bath. During the week I'm often out in the evenings at the gym, swimming or seeing friends, so the flat is generally quite calm and relaxed.
