Sainsburyâs and the bus route to Warwick University are approximately a 15-minute walk from the house. The room is a spacious loft conversion with its own private ensuite shower room. It is furnished with a single bed, study desk and shelving, making it an ideal space for studying and relaxing. The tenant will have shared access to the kitchen and lounge, with wood burner for cosy winter evenings, and all usual cooking and laundry facilities. Please note that there is no tumble dryer available. All bills are included in the rent, including utilities, broadband and council tax.
