This would be particularly well suited to professional who is between homes, relocating to the area, waiting for a property purchase to complete, or looking for a comfortable base while house hunting (I struggled myself with finding a place for this purpose when I was moving to Brighton). The flat is in a fantastic location - Seven Dials has a great village feel, with independent cafés, delis, shops and a Co-op supermarket all close by. Despite being in a quieter residential setting, you're only around 10 minutes' walk from Brighton station, 15 minutes from the beach and around 15 minutes into the Lanes. #The flat * Entire furnished one-bedroom apartment * Comfortable living room with TV * Fully equipped kitchen * Double bedroom * Bathroom with bath/shower * Wi-Fi * Washing machine * Simple desk area for WFH * Plenty of space to make yourself at home * Top-floor apartment with lots of natural light * Two flights of stairs - no lift * Guest parking permit available for an additional small daily charge, if required This is my home rather than a dedicated holiday rental, so I'm looking for someone respectful, clean and considerate who will treat it as they would their own home.
