Weâre live-in landlords (not agents) looking for a lodger to join our quiet Victorian home in Sneinton â a calm, comfortable space best suited to someone who values privacy, routine, and a relaxed atmosphere. Our household is a blend of Southeast Asian and British cultures, and we enjoy a clean, respectful, and peaceful home where everyone feels comfortable. The fully furnished ensuite double room comes with its own private bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) and a lockable door for added privacy. Rent is £625 per month (all bills included), with a £625 deposit. Optional fortnightly cleaning is available for those who prefer a low-maintenance setup. Shared spaces include a clean, fully equipped kitchen, a cosy lounge, and a small courtyard, shared with us and our two affectionate indoor cats, so being comfortable around cats is essential. As the room is completely private, we simply ask that it is kept clean and well ventilated to help prevent damp and mould. A lodger agreement will be provided for clarity and peace of mind. We maintain a quiet, respectful household. This is not a party house, and we're keen to keep the home calm, clean, and comfortable for everyone.
