Quiet house, in a cul de sac near St Thomas church in Wells. 10 mins walk from Cathedral and town centre. Ample, free on-street Parking. You will have your own separate kitchen/diner and own bedroom/sitting room. The big bedroom makes a comfortable living space. There is a shared bathroom and use of a washing machine in the utility room downstairs. Both rooms have been recently refurbished and are clean and tidy. Council tax, gas, electricity and water all included in the rent. Wifi available. There are nearby bus stops for Bath and Bristol. There is a fantastic farmers' market every Wednesday and a general market on Saturday, in the market square. There is a good range of shops in the high street, as well as supermarkets - Waitrose, Tesco, Lidl and Morrisons. There are also plenty of coffee shops, pubs and restaurants in the town. Altogether Wells is a lovely place to live, with easy walks into the nearby countryside and woodland. My longest standing lodger enjoyed Wells so much that he lived here for some years! I am retired, and an artist, so I spend a lot of time at home painting. I need someone who has a quiet lifestyle, and will look after the flat.
