Enjoy a stylish Private Room at this centrally-located flat. The Room ð : The room itself is located on the first floor to the front of the property and has an ottoman double bed with storage and a footstool, a 43' smart TV, a desk with leather cushion chair and a mirror with 3 door sliding wardrobe including 100 wood hangers. The room is equipped with a secure lock on the door for your peace of mind. The room is offered on a single occupancy only. *Bedding (bedsheets, duvet cover etc) it's not included. The flat ð : The living room has a three seater sofa. Unfortunatelly the couch isn't suitable for sleeping, therefore no extra guests will be able to use it as an extra bed. A 65' smart TV with a surround system in the living room will keep you entertain. The modern kitchen, has a washing machine, microwave, electric fan dual oven, dishwasher, Sandwich Gril, kettle, coffee machine (coffee pods not included), toaster, electric induction hobs and digital scales. Fridge= two long shelfs, one side of the two doors and freezer with 3x drawers. The bathroom features a heated towel radiator, large touch activated heated mirror with LED lights. The large rain shower will leave you relaxed, calm and energised. The property benefits from double glazing windows throughout, heating by gas to a system of hot water radiators and WiFi and all bills are included. Household supplies such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, sprays etc. can be shared cost which will be agreed at the first day. Normally £20-25 based consumption. Cleaner is £25 a month and comes every fourth night for 3hours each time (I cover the rest cost). Outside there are resident parking spaces (£80 annually parking permit) and few (free) visitor lots. Building: Communal areas are cleaned regularly normally every Wednesday. Bills: Room rent includes all bills: Council Tax Band C, Electricity, Gas, Water, High-speed fibre optic Broadband (500mb) and TV licence for lounge TV. No admin fees. *Tumble Dryer (nominal fee) Rent: £750 Payable monthly, in advance, by bank transfer. £120 holding fee deposit to reserve the room for 5 days till contract is signed (deducted from first rent.) Includes all bills. No rent reviews for the first two years of your stay. Rent stays the same. We completely understand that circumstances can change. However, please note that rent is calculated on a calendar-month basis, and as such, if the lodger chooses to move out before the end of the rental month, we are unable to offer refunds for any remaining days, as rent is not charged on a daily or weekly basis. Minimum 1 months let. 5 weeks deposit required. (Monthly Rent x 12) / 52 = Weekly Rent Available for short term or long term occupancy. Option to pay 3 months in advance and get 1 week rent free or 6 months in advance and then get 2 weeks rent for free or pay 12 months in advance and then get 1 month rent free or 24 months for 2 months free. Deposit: Deposits can be protected in a Government-backed approved deposit protection scheme. If you wish not to put it under a scheme please let me know as it's not a requirement due to our lodger agreement. Location ð : 5 minutes walk to the shopping mall Good Transport Links: 10' to Gatwick Airport via Crawley Train station (2 min walk from the flat to the train station). 45' to London Victoria 53' to London Bridge Conveniently located just 650m from Crawley town centre and 290m from the train station this would be an ideal base for a working professional, solo adventurers and business travellers, short and long-haul cabin crews etc. Area info: Quiet and low foot traffic neighborhood gives the area a lovely ambiance with some green grounds around the building. Living in Crawley is great and quite lively, always something to do, very near to the sea and also London. Great for nightlife, shopping and going out. Those of us who live here find it to be a friendly, vibrant and well supplied town with parks, the K2 sports centre and great shopping/dining out areas. It is ideally located for travel by car, train or plane! Crawley is on a direct train line with London and Brighton. There are a lot of students as Central Sussex College has a large campus in the town and it is well served with public transport. Nearby within walking distance there is ASDA for groceries shopping open 6am-12pm and 3 gyms. About me ð§ð»âð» : Professional, non-smoker, into swimming, easy going and with good communication skills and a bit of common sense :) Working long shifts and travel a lot so barely at home.
