Gas and electricity, council tax, wi-fi and water. Sadly, I'm moving out after a happy 3 years here and need someone to take over my room. Ideally we are looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and used to living in shared accommodation. New housemate will need to pass credit check and provide references. DPS scheme is in place.
