Great student area, lots of cafes and a Sainsbury down the road , close to Heaton park, 30 min walk to Northumbria Uni, 10 min walk to closest metro, free parking around lots of areas in Heaton. Shared kitchen and living areas. We haven’t yet decided who’s getting which room so it’s up for negotiation :) Must be a student with a UK guarantor!
